 The term "all-X" indicates the number of implants used to replace a full new set of teeth. We typically recommend placing four to six implants to provide greater support for the new teeth. This ensures that if one implant fails, there are still enough remaining to secure the teeth.

This is a typical example of new teeth to be fitted. They are of the highest quality, being handcrafted. To achieve realistic colors, the teeth are incrementally built up using porcelain.

Mr. Winch underwent his All-on-6 smile transformation 14 years ago. Recently, one of the implants failed; however, due to the innovative initial planning, the failing implant could be removed without affecting the existing teeth.
